Requirement for treatment
In order to provide the safest practice, Telehealth Good Faith Exams (GFE) are required for all treatments in our service list. The nurse practitioner will be able to approve the list of vitamins for use based upon your health history. Your GFE is valid for 6 months up to 1 year depending on the nurse practitioner’s recommendation. GFE* has a cost of $30 in addition to the service selected.
*(GFE fee can be credited towards initial or follow-up IV infusion).
